Welcome to the
Bay Village
Club Condominium Webpage

5/14 - Stack of windows at 105/205 and 106/206 have been primed and weatherproofed, windows will go in tomorrow morning. Window team will remove windows at the stack of windows at 104/204 and 103/203 on Monday and CPR will complete all wood repairs. From removal to re-install and all work in between, CPR and window team have got the process down to a little over 3 days if everything goes to plan windows will be installed Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning. Once the last 4 windows are complete CPR will address the rot under copping caps, roofing company will remove copping caps so CPR can address the issues.  CPR will also start to remove stucco from the kick outs on the 2 ends of building 1. Only need to remove stucco that has cedar underneath which is the Kick outs.

Also there was a rumor floating around that window size was ordered incorrectly - this is FALSE, there was one issue with the framing on one unit..

I am sorry there has not been any updates in the last 2 weeks. I am no longer at Bay Village so it's difficult to get information to pass on to the membership. I know there was a meeting with CPR, SMC and a board member, waiting for the notes from that meeting and will let everyone know as soon as I know. the day I left CPR removed the cedar from the bump outs on both ends of building 1. windows should be installed by now but do not have confirmation yet. I will be talking to CPR management next week so I should have a better update for you then.

Bay Village Recovery updates will now be stored on the owners tab some info needs to be private and do not want it on the public section of this site. (Updated 5/14
