5/12 Update -  on 5/11 the CPR team primed wall between 108/208 and 107/207, after 4 hour cure time they installed waterproof peel and stick. 
during the cure time CPR installed the firing strips between floors and bottom weep edge.

Window Team installed drip edge above windows at 101/201 and 102/202

On 5/12 - window team removed windows at stack 106/206 and 105/205, window team then moved to 108/208 and 107/207 to prep openings with waterproofing, drip pan and window buck then they installed 1 window at 107. everything is sealed up tight for the night and the other 3 will be installed in the AM. CPR replaced all wood framing around the 106/206 and 105/205 and sealed up. the plan is to try to get this windows re-installed before the weekend. Things are moving a bit faster since the process is getting dialed in. Did get the info that the sliders have not been ordered yet. They will be ordered this week and I communicate the ETA. just so you are aware all bedrooms have plastic covering everything so protect from dust when removing windows and there is construction paper on the floors for protection.
