TO ALL OWNERS AT BAY VILLAGE CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.

THIS NOTICE IS TO ADVISE YOU THAT
New unit numbers for your new front doors will be installed on your front door by Bay Village once your building and front doors have been painted.
These unit door numbers will match all 108 units.
Please do not install any unit numbers on your doors.

9/30 - latest engineering report from last week will be uploaded to SMC website by end of business on 9/30
Bay Village Recovery updates will now be stored on the owners tab some info needs to be private and do not want it on the public section of this site. (Updated 5/14)
Link to the screen that was approved during board meeting as a new option (do NOT order until color options are determined)
8/24 - this is a Public Service announcement - please maintain your in unit air handlers - one froze up recently
9/22 - look close - building 1 is getting prepped for stucco - Wire Lath now installed
Go to SMC Website then Documents then Engineering observation reports then locate latest.
