As of 7/6 - 7 doors have been replaced in building 3 - Window replacement on hold until next order arrives, the original order of 32 should have been enough for 2+ buildings BUT we did not understand that several Impact windows were not installed correctly and had to be replaced. Next shipment of windows set to arrive in the next 10 days. (Updated 7/7)
Door and window Cost breakdown spreadsheet has been updated with latest information from CPR and CWS, Top of the spreadsheet has a cell color explanation, Spreadsheet is located under Owners Area. Top Left corner (Updated 7/2)
A new Door/Window cost estimate spreadsheet is currently being updated and I will have it uploaded to the BayVillageClubfmb website soon
This (see pictures on owners tab) was discovered on building 2 late last - the cedar was totally rotten and basically fell off the building once stucco was removed. the cedar and all wood was soaking wet, was full of holes... pretty much cheese cloth. CPR has increased the number of workers on site this week and things are going faster like we anticipated. SMC will be onsite tomorrow to review the status
