8/10 update - Air handler reimbursement checks for all the unit owners who paid out-of-pocket to replace their own air handlers will be sent out this month (August). These include the owners of units 141, 145, 158, 207, and 212.

Entry door update - buildings 1,2,3,4,6 are complete. 1st floor of building 5 is complete and 2nd floor should be completed this week 7/27
