Today CPR removed all windows at the opposite end of building and completed wood repairs and covered all
openings. window is installed in unit 201 (Looks outstanding), windows for 202,101 and 102 will be installed/re-installed in the AM. 207/208 and 107/108 will be primed and waterproofed tomorrow morning and be ready for windows on Monday. I will be offshore all day tomorrow so there will be NO update
Wind mitigation expert onsite yesterday every unit was evaluated for impact windows AND entry doors - Report available soon on the SMC web
5/7/26 8am update - Units 101/201 and 102/202 - window framing complete, waterproofing complete, drip edge installed, peel and stick complete - window crew is onsite here at BV, installing the windows and prepping the other end of the building 107/108 and 207/208 THAT IS ALL I KNOW AT THIS POINT. Will update again at end of the day thank you
