LOCATION

Bay Village is located on Estero Island in the town of Fort Myers Beach. Our condo complex overlooks the water toward Estero Bay and is a very short walk to the white soft sand of Fort Myers Beach.  We are just off Estero Boulevard behind the Catholic Church of the Ascension.    Google Maps link: Bay Village on Fort Myers Beach

COMMUNITY​

Our community consists of 108 units with each unit containing 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a full kitchen, dining area, living room, a lanai, and a washer/dryer closet.  The 7 buildings are situated on approximately 12 acres of professionally landscaped grounds.

RENTALS​

The condo association or the management company DO NOT manage rentals; many owners, however, rent their units privately or through agencies.  All rental details are the owners' or rental agencies' responsibility.

AMENITIES​

Bay Village has a large pool with a cabana; the cabana has restrooms, a drinking fountain, a sauna, and an outdoor shower. On the grounds there are three shuffleboard courts, four gas barbecue grills, three fishing docks, and a tennis/pickleball court.   Finally, there is a small library/meeting room at the end of building 6 just behind the parking space for unit 258. The library is open daily from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m.
